PLA Gray Pro 1.75mm<\/strong><\/h1>\n

PLA PRO type, gray PLA shade is often used for modeling since it is easy to see the stripes.<\/p>\n

The shade of gray is relatively dark.<\/p>\n

The diameter of the wire is 1.75 mm, weight 1 kg.<\/p>\n

Easy to print material, easy to model (product finish), hard, not resistant to external conditions (only with sufficiently thick finishing materials), the material is most common for printing because of its ease of printing and price.
\nCorn-based thermoplastic polymer. The most common material in the industry, environmentally friendly and biodegradable. This is the most preferred material, as it allows the user easier machining work.
\nPLA is a hard but fragile material.
\nIn outdoor conditions, the corners sometimes warp (depending on the thickness and heat).<\/p>\n

The additives in PLA PRO or PLA + or Tough PLA are the same, contains additives so that it is 10 degrees more durable and 30% stronger than regular PLA.<\/span><\/p>\n

As PLA that is more natural or pure and less synthetic is less strong, it can be good for the environment but not in terms of strength.<\/p>\n

Printing temperature PLA gray<\/strong>
\n 195-220 degrees to the printer head (nozzle)
\n Work surface temperature \u2013 60 degrees.
\n Nozzle operating temperature: 210 degrees, if the nozzle is not steel (less good thermal conductivity) then 10 degrees higher.
\n For a very large product (about 100 hours of printing), it is recommended to add glue and lower the bed temperature.
\n Fans: 100%<\/p>\n

In fast printers like Ambulab the temperature is 220.<\/p>\n
