Payments and Return Policy Beyond3D

Beyond3D payment terms and conditions:

• Ownership of the products will remain with Beyond3D until full payment for them has been made, including all associated amounts such as shipping fees, commissions, etc.
• Right of Withholding – In the event that the customer has a previous debt to Beyond3D that has not been fully repaid, the company reserves the right to delay delivery of new products that have been ordered, until the debt is settled in full.
• Exceptions – The right of retention will not apply if the customer has settled all of his previous debts or if there is a legal provision that prevents this delay.
• The company will act in good faith and inform the customer in advance in the event of a delay in the delivery of products due to an existing debt.

P.S. An order from the website on credit, if there is no prior debt, is fully repaid.

Payment options:

1. Cash payment :

   • You can pay in cash for purchases up to NIS 5,000 only .
   • In accordance with the Cash Act 2024, if there is a regulatory change, there may be further updates.

2. Payment by credit card :

   • You can pay by credit card in up to 3 interest-free installments .

3. Payment by check :

   • Check payments are only accepted for educational institutions, security institutions, or long-term customers.
   • Check collection cost: 40 NIS .
   • And it cannot be done through the website except at: Email Or by phone
   • Please note: Check collection is not available through the website and must be arranged via email or phone call.

Return Policy:

1. Returning media rolls:

   • Only closed rolls (vacuum-packed and unused) can be returned.
   • Returns are possible up to 180 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return location:

   • Product returns will be made at our offices in Holon only.

3. Credits and refunds:

   • You can choose between a full in-store credit for other products or a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
   • In most transactions, a refund will be made of 100 NIS or 5% of the purchase price (whichever is lower), which is consistent with the updated law for 2025.
     If a law has been updated, of course, according to the new law.
     Please note: The service fee charged on the credit transaction will only reflect the actual relevant cost, as charged to the company by us. Because of this, there may be differences between card types – for example, Diners, American Express or Tourist cards may have higher costs. All of course, depending on the actual cost, with full transparency to the customer.

Transaction denial and fraud prevention policy

1. Verifying the customer’s identity
In cases of orders for large amounts or unusual activity, the company reserves the right to require additional documents to verify the customer’s identity, such as an ID card, shipping address, or a photocopy of a credit card with the relevant details hidden.

2. Shipping tracking and confirmation of receipt
All shipments are sent with a tracking number via the courier company’s barcode, in the event of a transaction denial, the tracking number will serve as proof that the product was shipped and received. In some cases, especially for valuable products, the customer may be required to sign for confirmation of receipt of the shipment.

3. Handling a transaction denial (Chargeback)
In the event of a transaction denial after the product has been shipped and a delivery confirmation has been provided, the Company will provide the credit card company with all relevant documents to prove the transaction was executed and the product was shipped. If the credit card company decides in favor of the Company, the customer will be charged the full transaction amount.

4. Cancellation and Credit Policy
Customers are asked to contact us directly for any cancellation or refund request before submitting a transaction denial to the credit card company. We are committed to reviewing each case on its own merits and providing a fair response.

5. Taking legal action
The Company reserves the right to take legal action against customers who submit a false transaction denial, including claiming damages and legal expenses.

6. Transaction security and safeguards
To prevent fraud, we use advanced security systems, including two-step verification (3D Secure) and checks to prevent suspicious transactions. Customers are required to provide accurate information when making a purchase on the site.
