1. Rolls (Printing Materials)
1.1 The company undertakes to check the condition of returned rolls in its service lab.
1.2 A roll will be considered defective only in the case of a manufacturing defect, confirmed by the company’s inspection. Improper use, storage under unsuitable conditions, or opening the package will void eligibility for a refund.
1.3 In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer will be entitled, at their choice, to a full refund or a replacement product.
1.4 The return of the product shall be made by mail or courier to the company’s address, at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise determined by law.
1.5 Rolls sealed in their original packaging, unused, may be returned according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (currently 14 days from the date of purchase). Beyond that, the company allows returns up to 6 months at its sole discretion and subject to prior approval.
2. 3D Printers
2.1 3D printers come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, subject to proper use according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the conditions detailed in these terms.
2.2 The warranty does not cover:
Consumable parts, including but not limited to: print heads, print beds, projection screens, FEP sheets (in resin printers), filters, bearings, belts.
Malfunctions caused by the use of non-original materials, unauthorized installations, hardware or software modifications, drops, impacts, liquid penetration, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2.3 The warranty will not cover consequential or indirect damages, or any financial loss resulting from printer downtime or its use.
3. Third-Party Software and Applications
3.1 The company is not responsible for policies or changes made by third-party software providers required for using the company’s products.
3.2 Product purchases are made with the understanding that changes in support for such software may occur, including discontinuation of service, changes in licensing or costs, and these are beyond the company’s control.
3.3 The company does not provide technical support for third-party software and is not obligated to offer an alternative solution in case of policy changes or discontinued support.
4. General Instructions
4.1 Any refund will only be issued after the product has been received and inspected by the company.
4.2 The company’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.
4.3 The above does not derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, or any other binding law.

Door-to-door delivery to any address in Israel (including Judea and Samaria) of your choice – 40 ₪ including VAT.

Delivery time – until 7 business days (from the business day the order was received and processed after 12 afternoon). During holidays and holiday eves, please check with the business for possible changes in delivery times, subject to the courier company’s operations.
Orders can be collected free of charge from our address: 6 Halev Street, Holon, Pavilion 261, Sunday-Thursday between 09:30 – 17:30, by prior arrangement.
Delivery time for remote areas, such as the Golan Heights, Northern border towns, Arab sector towns, Jordan Valley settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line (Judea and Samaria), Gaza Envelope settlements, Dead Sea settlements, and Arava settlements – delivery time up to 7 business days (from the business day the order was received and processed).
No deliveries will be made on Fridays, except for self-collection (by prior arrangement).
Delivery of products via shipment distribution is within Israel (including Judea and Samaria) and subject to reasonable accessibility (infrastructure, security restrictions, etc.).
Non-delivery due to reasons related to the recipient will not count toward the delivery timeframe.
Orders received by the system by 10:00 AM will be processed the same business day; any order received after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day.
Orders received on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed only on the following Sunday.
Please note: Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 19:00, so it is recommended to choose a delivery address where you will be available during these hours.
All deliveries are subject to payment confirmation before the order is processed. Only approved purchases will be processed and shipped.

1. Customer Identity Verification
In cases of high-value orders or unusual activity, the company reserves the right to request additional documents to verify the customer’s identity, such as an ID card, shipping address, or a photo of the credit card with the relevant details hidden.
2. Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
All shipments are sent with a tracking number using the courier company’s barcode. In case of a chargeback, the tracking number will serve as proof that the product was shipped and delivered. In some cases, especially for high-value items, the customer may be required to sign a delivery confirmation.
3. Handling Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback after the product has been shipped and delivery confirmation exists, the company will provide the credit card company with all relevant documents proving the transaction and shipment of the product. If the credit card company rules in favor of the company, the customer will be charged the full transaction amount.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers are requested to contact us directly for any cancellation or refund request before filing a chargeback with the credit card company. We are committed to reviewing each case individually and providing a fair solution.
5. Legal Action
The company reserves the right to take legal action against customers who submit fraudulent chargebacks, including claiming damages and legal expenses.
6. Transaction Security and Protection Measures
To prevent fraud, we use advanced security systems, including two-step verification (3D Secure) and checks to prevent suspicious transactions. Customers agree to provide accurate information when making a purchase on the site.
Cash payments up to 5,000 ₪ only (in accordance with the 2024 Cash Law, if updated by the new law).
Credit card payments can be made in up to 3 interest-free installments.
No payments by check, except for educational or security institutions.
Check collection incurs an additional fee of 40 ₪ and cannot be done via the website, only via
email or by phone.
A consumer who purchases a product on this site may cancel the transaction and return the product in accordance with the provisions regarding cancellation of a remote sales transaction under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”). The consumer must check the product upon receipt.
A transaction for the purchase of a product made on the site may be canceled by the consumer by notifying the company of the cancellation, starting from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving a document containing the main terms of the transaction, whichever is later, all in accordance with the provisions of the law. If the consumer is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, their right to cancel a transaction for a product purchased on the site is within four months from the date of the transaction, the date of receiving the product, or the date of receiving a document containing the main terms of the transaction, whichever is later, provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the business and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication.
If a transaction is canceled for reasons other than: (1) a defect or non-conformity in the product; or (2) failure to deliver on the agreed date; or (3) any other breach of the transaction terms – the company will refund within 14 days from receiving the cancellation notice the portion of the transaction price paid, if paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not charge the consumer any amount other than a handling fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, without prejudice to the company’s other rights under the law. The consumer must return the product, at their expense, to the company’s place of business. The cost of the return will be borne by the consumer and paid to the company if the return is made via a courier arranged by the company.
If a transaction is canceled due to a defect or non-conformity in the product, or due to non-delivery of the product on the agreed date, or due to any other breach of the transaction terms – the company will refund within 14 days from receiving the cancellation notice the portion of the transaction price paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not charge the consumer any amount. The consumer will make the product (and any other property received as a result of the transaction) available to the company at the place it was delivered and notify the company.
A cancellation notice may be sent by the purchaser to the company by any of the methods listed below in “Transaction Cancellation and Methods of Cancellation.”
