This printer does not have a lidar sensor that automatically detects faults such as checking the first layer, spaghetti detection, etc.
The cell sealing is a little less good than X1C
Without upgrading the Hot End to hardened steel (as in the X1C) it is not recommended to print materials with carbon fiber or glass.

In short advantages over X1C:
All other models have the option of WIFI or Micro SD.
In this model the WIFI can be turned off at the push of a button, for some of the defense industry this is not enough and they require a sterilized Bambulab.
You can remove the entire network card, but then there is no WIFI and no network connection (if the level of security is extreme and Bambulab is required, it is sterilized from any connection to the world).
Built-in cabin heating with control – all models have a closed cabin but without control, the cabin heating is up to 60 degrees.
Critical for materials such as nylon, polycarbonate or any material that has high shrinkage.

More filters than X1C – it’s not that the X1C doesn’t have filters, but that the X1E has many more filters, which allows greater height safety for workers.
The X1E model comes in advance with AMS, meaning 4 colors and it is not possible to buy without it.
In the other models, it is possible to get a discounted model with only 1 color.

In conclusion

Everyone has a different need, for the home user most of the time P1S or X1C will be suitable.
