FRABS 1.75MM NATURAL

FR ABS is an advanced ABS printing material with flame retardant additives , designed for technical, industrial and electronic applications where fire resistance, mechanical strength and thermal stability are required.

The material retains most of the well-known benefits of regular ABS – strength, heat resistance, and processability – while reducing flammability and slowing the spread of fire in the event of exposure to flame.

• Filament diameter: 1.75 mm

• Nozzle temperature: 240–260°C

• Bed temperature: 100–110°C

• Closed cell: Highly recommended

• Printing surface: PEI/Glass with adhesive

• Cooling: Minimal or Off

• Like all ABS – Warp is possible without a closed cell

• Less flexible than PLA, but stronger and more durable

• Intended primarily for technical, non-decorative applications
