ASA Orange 1.75mm Orange

It is a professional printing material designed for applications that require mechanical strength , excellent outdoor durability , and the ability to maintain thermal stability.

Material with heat resistance + slightly higher mechanical strength than PETG
ASA is considered the new generation of ABS – with less toxicity, fewer odors, and the ability to be smoothed with acetone for a smooth finish, but may compromise dimensions.

Main advantages:

• High sun (UV) resistance – excellent for outdoor printing, boxes, automotive parts, engineering parts, and more.

• Excellent mechanical properties – hard, strong and holds loads better than PETG.

• Can be smoothed with acetone to obtain a smooth, silver-toned metallic look.

• Less toxic than ABS and more pleasant to print.

Printing instructions:

• Closed printers – ideal, maintains stability and prevents distortion.

• Open printers – it is recommended to choose a stable height, strong adhesion and fans turned off. Shrinkage or layer separation is possible just like ABS.
