The process of preparing irises for vacuum forming requires a deep understanding since at least 6 models must be printed and the settings must be perfect.
In addition, it is important to use a material that will not leave white spots on the iris (otherwise it is invalid).

It is recommended to purchase additional equipment. If not available, we highly recommend a Phrozen3D device that combines alcohol rinsing and UV .
The advantage of the dryer is that it has built-in drying (no air pressure needed).
Plus, there’s UV on the bottom too (no need to rotate part).
The warranty is one year, excluding consumables such as FEP, screen, and leaks from improper use .
The lifespan of a screen is about 2000 hours of use when used correctly. (It can be more or less than 2000, depending on the user)
FEP is replaced after losing tension between 3-6 months of continuous use (with improper use, it can be as little as a minute).
