The Phrozen Sonic Mighty Revo 16K is a resin-based (MSLA) 3D printer, designed for professionals, industrial designers, and labs who require a combination of effective print volume and edge resolution.

The printer offers high throughput, precise geometric accuracy, and an array of smart sensors to streamline the production process and reduce waste.

16K screen resolution: The advanced LCD screen provides an extremely high level of detail and sharpness at the edges of the model (X/Y resolution), which increases surface quality and almost completely eliminates the need for post-processing.

Auto-Leveling System: The device is equipped with an automatic calibration mechanism that resets the printing platform before starting work, ensuring high repeatability and saving manual setup time.

Built-in climate control and heating: The printer features an internal heating element that maintains a constant and optimal resin temperature. This feature is essential for maintaining proper material viscosity and preventing failures resulting from environmental temperature changes.

Smart sensors for system protection:

It is recommended to purchase additional equipment. If not available, we highly recommend a Phrozen3D device that combines alcohol rinsing and UV .

The warranty is one year, excluding consumables such as FEP, screen, and leaks from improper use .

The lifespan of a screen is about 2000 hours of use when used correctly. (It can be more or less than 2000, depending on the user)

FEP is replaced after losing tension between 3-6 months of continuous use (with improper use, it can be as little as a minute).
