FEP is replaced after losing tension between 3-6 months of continuous use (with improper use, it can be as little as a minute).

Since the cost of a screen is not cheap and can reach hundreds of shekels, it is recommended to replace the membrane in time to avoid unnecessary costs.

As soon as you see a bump or scratch with a bump or dent, it is recommended to replace the membrane!

If a tear appears on the membrane, the liquid may reach sensitive areas and damage them, resulting in the printer being disabled.

Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of the membrane and replace it on time.

Tighten screws in a diagonal/cross pattern to distribute the tension evenly.

If the screws are seized with hardened resin, the VAT (bath) should be soaked in alcohol for about an hour to weaken the resin and thus allow the screws to be loosened.

Very important!! Elegoo FEP sheets usually come with thin plastic coatings on both sides. Make sure you peel them off before assembly.
