PFA or NFEP membranes offer improved flexibility and faster, easier model release compared to traditional FEP, significantly reducing failure rates in large, complex prints.

ACF is more suitable for large prints and less suitable for high resolution due to less transparency and double thickness.

Emphasis on installation! When cutting or replacing, it is important to make sure that the dimensions of the sheet cover the frame of the VAT (bathtub) and that there is enough margin for tightening the screws.

Since the cost of a screen is not cheap and can reach hundreds of shekels, it is recommended to replace the membrane in time to avoid unnecessary costs.

As soon as you see a bump or scratch with a bump or dent, it is recommended to replace the membrane!

If a tear appears on the membrane, the liquid may reach sensitive areas and damage them, resulting in the printer being disabled.

Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of the membrane and replace it on time.
